In the name of skies and earth GOD
I begin with thanks to Quran Guardians, Writers, Translators,
Teachers and Publishers. I thank specially masters Mr.
Ghomshei and Shakir for their translations.
In the following, I write my critics by refer to two Quran I
have from over told translators. These critics must not taken
as being not thankful to my masters in getting me closer to
GOD. Critics and offers is only for the same goal as my
masters which is closing Moslems to GOD and each other.
There are published many Quran versions in different, sizes,
handwrites, translations and decoration. Disappointedly, some
is unreadily because of their too small size. Some has got
value because of their pretty look and decoration. Some are
unreadily because of their unreadily handwrite to most of
Moslems. Some translations are sect influenced and some other
are politic influenced. And most disappointedly some has wrong
in their original arabic version.
Variably of Quran copies has danger of unwanted culture grows
among Moslems too. Unreadily and small Quran versions can grow
wrong way of trust among Moslems. People instead of read Quran
and get depend on GOD Who send it, get depend in having small
unreadily book with them. Quran versions with expensive
decoration can move value of Quran from GOD words inside into
its good looked symbolic value. Quran in different colours in
cover and page can grow misuse of Quran among Moslems to send
other messages by Quran look and not meaning of GOD words
inside it. Some can use special look Quran to give special
massages which has nothing with GOD Book to do. GOD Book Quran
is only to get GOD words as it send to Mohammad His Prophet
and not any other.
Last week, I have heard in CNN about a version of Quran
missing some Ayah and ordered to remove by an Islamic
committee. I thank that committee for their effort to guard
GOD Book Quran.
When we Moslem have difficult to read some Quran versions,
have problem with translations of some and find wrongs in some
other copies what, can we expect others. Have you ever heard a
brother or sister Moslem tell you I rather to read that Quran
not this one because of this being so or so. Such, I am to
remove. There must be only one Quran by pages known to all
Moslems.
There is no doubt in safety, virginity and purity of original
Quran, left from Mohammad the Prophet to his people. My goal
by this statement is to use opportunity to active Moslems to
present a uniform copy of Mohammad the Prophet controlled
Quran to people all around the world, as first and most basic
step, to close Moslems more to GOD and each other. This
uniform copy of Quran must replace all other copies by time.
Expected, Uniform, unique GOD Book Quran must be exact copy of
its original send to Mohammad GOD prophet, with same quality
and look from both in and out side, as well as with or without
translation, accepted and used by all Moslem, regardless of
their historical traditions and believe after Mohammad the
Prophet. In other words reaming only one copy and remove the
rest. This is easily possible with new print facilities. Art
of handwrites and decorations must find other places to flower
than GOD Book.
In the following, I explain my critics about Quran copies that
I know then, I write my offers for Uniform, unique, Quran.
I have three Quran. One called "Quran Karim" which, is only in
arabic. Another called "Quran Karim" with persian translation.
And finally one called "Quran Hakim" with english translation.
I use mostly my Qurans with translations. Most of my recent
Quran translation is from Quran Hakim translated by Mr.
Shakir.
Disappointedly, I have seen some small differences/mistakes in
my two version of Qurans with translation. I have in my
earlier statements remembered some of these problems. Quran is
virgin in its original version and must remain virgin in all
of its copy with or without translation.
Quran must readded and understood in arabic but, Moslem are no
longer only arabs and translations has got more important
value than before. First time, I read only persian translation
of Quran. That was enough to attract me to GOD Who send it and
by His own help, Now, I try to read Quran in arabic.
Translations give only meaning of Ayah as a sentence which is
not more than sometimes 20% or 30% of its message.(in my
opinion)
Some of my critics to my two Quran version is as follow:

Handwrite or font
In my Hakim Quran, Arabic signs sometimes is missed or
are over anther alphabet than my Quran Karim. Handwrite
in these two Quran is two different handwrites.

Quran Pages
In both Quran Karim and Hakim Surah Fateh is in page one
and Surah Baghareh in page two but, equal page numbers is
not kept the same to end in both Quran. Quran Karim is
604 page and Hakim is 634 pages. Quran Karim has one page
only Quran in arabic and one page with same number its
translation while, in Quran Hakim both Ayah and its
translations is in same page. Quran Karim style is much
better.

Quran table of Contents
Quran Hakim miss Surah Tobeh in its table of contents.
Quran Karim has in table of contents name of surah, it
number, page number and where was send to Mohammad the
Prophet. There is another participation in Quran Karim
called "Hezb" which is missed in Quran Hakim. There is no
explanation of Hezb in Quran Karim too.

Number of lines in page
Quran Karim has 15 line in each page but, Quran Hakim is
not the same and is translation dependent.

Extra information
Quran Karim start with a "Hadice" from Mohammad the
Prophet. Quran Hakim has explanation about Islam, a good
index about subjects in Quran and translation of names
mentioned in Quran to their equal in english.

Start and End pray of Quran
Quran Hakim has one Start pray and two End pray while
Quran Karim has only End pray which is different with
both End prays in Quran Hakim.

Wrong translations
Disappointedly, I found wrong translation in both Quran.
(In Hakim Surah Ta Ha page 294 Ayah (12) word "Tuwa" and
in Karim Surah Yosef page 236 Ayah (6).) Once more I
excuse my Masters but, it show me being serious in use of
their work as their student.

History and sect influence in translations
Quran Karim with extra historical explanation is more
educational than only Quran translation with pure word to
word translation. About Quran Hakim I do not know much
because of my bad english, But as I remember once I have
seen politic influenced translation in Quran Hakim.
In following, I write my offer about uniform, unique copy of
Quran send to Mohammad the Prophet. A Quran with same Arabic
original pages and only one chosen handwrite or font and got
only once written. Translations must kept separated in another
page with equal page number. A Uniform known Quran to all
Moslems. All publisher must use this already written and
checked ready to print Quran like using money cliche, beside
other regiments asked by Quran guardians. Page x surah y and
Ayah z from one Quran, must be found in the same page of all
Qurans around world in the same page by same handwrite and its
translation in all worlds languages must found under opposite
page of Quran with same page number. Qualified translation by
Quran guardians free from any historic, sect or politic
influence in translation. A Moslem must get the same Quran
with or without translation regardless of where he/she ask for
it all around world. Where ever there is a Quran must be the
same one. The one and same uniform Quran with or without
qualified translation in one or another language.

Quran size
Quran must not printed in unreadily small sizes. Meaning
of transportable quran is its being handy to read every
where, not having an unreadily printed paper with you.

Quran name
GOD has send one Quran to Mohammad His Prophet. That
Quran was neither Karim, Majid or Hakim but, Quran. Do
not let happen what, has happened to Bible. There is no
need for three Quran under three name. Only One with or
without Qualified translation is enough. All Quran must
have exactly one arabic Quran page. Quran Guardian must
put their energy to qualify translations in every
language. Educational Quran live hands of Quran teachers
free in their education. But, there must be clear line
between educational and Qualified translated Quran.
Educational Quran must not called Quran.

Quran as hole Book
Quran Must be only GOD words no less, no more. Remove
Hadice and Before and End pray if you have to but, give
GOD words to people from first to last page. Nice
decorations must be unique or removed too.

Quran cover
In my opinion Quran covers must have the same look and
colour all around the world too. My three Quran has three
cover and page colour. I have seen others too. Cover of
Quran must be unicolour with same information, and
finally same decoration. In a way that ever Moslem in big
library clear Quran by it look far from it.

Order of Surah in Quran
Orders of Surah must be the same. Which Surah first,
Which second, third and last. I have seen some miracles
in Quran Karim and Hakim Surah order which is the same.
One of them was in order of Surah Qadr, Baynieah and
Zelzeleh after each other. Another was in first Ayah in
Quran Karim pages.

Quran pages
Quran page x must start with the same Ayah from same
Surah and end with same ayah from same surah all around
the world. I have seen many time that, Quran told me with
first Ayah what is goes on. Every line in pages must
start and end the same all around world too.

Quran Handwrite or Font
There must get chosen one very really handwrite for
Quran. Then Quran must copied by that handwrite from
Mohammad the Prophet Quran. Controlled allot for each
detail. Then written page become now and for ever Quran
Cliche. No other handwrite must given permission to
publish. Different handwrites may be more attractable to
some group of Moslems but, common handwrite close Moslems
much more to each other and end Moslems getting separated
in nations and groups even in case of Quran. One readable
Quran for all people of Mohammad the Prophet. It must not
be in a way that a Moslem say I can better read that
Quran, or I rather to read that Quran, or I can not read
this Quran. Both this and that must be the one and same
Quran expect in size. Every Quran that you open must be
the same Quran that you used to.

Arabic signs and other signs in Quran
Each sign in Quran talk direct and indirect GOD words to
man. In my two Quran signs and their form and placement
was not exactly the same and sometimes signs was missed
in one. I better like Quran guardians return to the
original Quran and write all signs exactly as its written
in Original Quran controlled by GOD Prophet Mohammad even
if a sign look wrong to them, write it as it is. What GOD
send to His Prophet Mohammad was a miracle. Each sign may
not say something to me and you but, GOD want that to
talk with one who may not got borne yet. Quran is miracle
while Islam after Mohammad the Prophet is only Islam
history and Quran is now and future Book as it was
always. In Quran, we have a Surah called Ghaf and another
called Sat which are only an Alphabet. Words in Quran
give sometimes indirect reference to other Surah in
Quran. For example world Ghesas can be Surah Ghaf and two
time Surah Sat or good effect of Surah Sat after Surah
Ghaf. Placement of signs give sometime pronounce of
another world in other languages that we do not know, or
a word which once get created in future in one or another
language. For example words "Maridjen", "Call", "Kill",
"Rann", "Mordefine", "Tran" can be indirect talks in
Quran. GOD has told His words to each man by Mohammad the
Prophet in Quran not only arabs. I have opened pages in
Quran which told me in the same page that, day of my life
and what goes in TV and around world. Quran is a world
past now and future to those who GOD want. Happy those
who get most of it. After GOD will in what each man get
from Quran man own knowledge amount play a big roll. By
knowledge, I mean knowledge is in all sciences around
world and not only Islamic or religious Knowledge. Once
after I read persian meaning of Quran, I talk with one
my danish girlfriends who was philosophy student about
Quran. I told her that Quran is good and except things
like GOD has created earth in 6 days and days of GOD are
1000 of ours, I accept the rest. The very next time which
I opened Quran I have got that Ayah Which said GOD
created world in 6 days and another Ayah who said do not
deny what you do not Know and understand. In case of
creation GOD say none of you were there when I created
world. Later I found the same subject under Creation in
Bible too. Only those can get GOD message who He want
them too.

Signs explanation
Disappointedly, my Karim Quran with translation missed
this page. This page is very important and must be
exactly after GOD Prophet explanation and exactly the
same in all Qurans copy. I found Hezb division signs in
Quran without any explanation. If it is not from Mohammad
the Prophet in Quran must removed. End of Surah Hajar is
about Quran way of use.

Table of Contents
Quran Karim style table of contents is good and has all
necessary information.

Extra explanation, Start and End pray and decorations
As I said before my Quran Karim with persian translation
start with a Hadice from Mohammad the prophet. In this
Hadice GOD Prophet say "I left two valuable among you,
when ever you get hands on them you wont lose the right
way. GOD Book which is light and guidance in there and is
a tread from heaven to earth. And my offspring. My dear
wise has got me to know that, these two will never go
from each other until they come to me around the Basin.
Be careful how, you handel with these two." I like this
dear Hadice specially because I am his offspring. But,
Uniform Quran with or without translation must remain
only GOD words. Decorations must be exactly the same as
well as over each Surah and around each page and colour
of pages must be one colour. In my Quran Karim pages has
different colours. It is extra signs and is not send by
GOD to His Prophet Mohammad. All extra information can
printed in separated book and offered together by GOD
Book or left to Educational Qurans. Start and End pray is
good but, it is better to put them beside Quran not
inside it. As you see, I want GOD Book only with GOD
words, its translation, table contents, Sign explanation
and print information even with same cover all around
world.

Material used to print Quran
There must used good material in case of paper and cover.
Print Quality must be best and easy to read too. GOD Book
must be easy, enjoyable to read and physically strong
enough for daily use. These requirements must kept by
publishers too.
I know Mohammad the Prophet offspring who got borne and live
out side Islamic countries and do not know any arabic or
persian or its alphabet. Therefore, there is necessary need to
have at least one translation Qualified Quran in each language
in world.
This translation Qualified Quran must be over told Qualified
original arabic Quran beside its Qualified translation page
for page from first to last. By Qualified translation I mean
controlled translation which be free of any sect, history or
politic influence in translation. A Qualified translation in
all languages in world which meaning of Quran be the same in
all languages and be as good as translation of one to another
give the same translation of Quran. A good Qualified
translation.
By now Quran guardians was most critic in arabic Quran. Arabic
Quran as over told must copied once and its Cliche used
forever and resources must put on presenting Qualified
translated Quran in all languages, translation qualified by
Quran Guardians. Qualified Quran with or without translation
must introduced as Qualified Quran by Quran Guardians.
Islam religious leaders from every sect and language, teachers
and translators must cooperate in presentation of Qualified
translated Quran. All Ayah in Quran must have same meaning in
all translated languages. Translation and word use in every
language must be by good knowledge about other religions
already exist in that langauge specially GOD trusted
religions. In case of invitation of other GOD trusty to Islam,
invitation must left to Quran and GOD and not translations
extra expressions. Work is only GOD Book translation not
anything else. Any extra expression can be enough to destroy
quality of translations. Give only GOD words to people as
Mohammad His Prophet gave them to you in arabic, no less, no
more.
In the following, I write some general points about
translation Qualified Quran.

Qualified translated Quran must be free of sect, Islam
history, politic or invitation influenced translations.
It must be only exact translation of GOD Book Quran to
other language.
-
Qualified translated Quran must have in one side over
told Original arabic page without any changes and its
Qualified translation in opposite side. These two must
kept in separate pages, one side arabic one side
translation.
-
Qualified translation Quran is not a translated Quran for
special group of people. Therefore translation must be
free of language use to talk a group of people.
-
Qualified translated Quran must be free of translators
extra expression in any subjects. In other words, a
translation near to word to word translation by living
expressions to GOD in Quran.

Qualified translated Quran must be free of any religious
or cultural education in translations, only GOD words
translation as He send to Mohammad His Prophet.

Cooperate of Quran translators to produce translation
Qualified Quran make it more close to original Quran in
arabic at least in its meaning as sentences. Translators
knowledge about other religions in target language
specially GOD religions and their word use have positive
effect in translation but, border of translating GOD
words without influence of own knowledge must kept here
as well too.

Arabic Words in Original Quran must chosen one equal word
in target language and it get used all the way in
translations. Some Ayah are the same in deferent surah.
they must have the same meaning. And there are words or
names in Quran which are only in Quran they must
remembered as they are in arabic. Translators must not
translate them to what they think it is in their own
language.

Language cultural background and its acceptance must not
taken in considerations. Translation must be exact
translation of GOD words regardless of it acceptance. GOD
is the One Who standing behind Quran.
-
Qualified translation must kept free from target language
cultural language use of words and way of sentence.
Cultures and their languages change by time and target
group must left to GOD in Quran not actual society.
-
Qualified translated Quran must be free of time political
situation of Islam world with people of that language.
Even in war Islam enemies have right to get true meaning
of GOD Book. If GOD want you to win over them, He help
you by other weapons. Quran is GOD words to man not
Moslems weapon to manipulate by GOD words against their
enemies. GOD words is GOD words with or against us.

If Quran got translated to one language and it get
Qualified. Translations to other languages must not be
only translation through this Qualified translation
without knowledge to Quran and other knowledge used to
translate to first language.

Qualified translated Quran must keep Original Quran over
told restriction and presented as Qualified translated
Quran in that language in away that separate it like
Original one from other more free educational
translations. Qualified Quran with or without Qualified
translation must look the same and introduced as only
Quran.
Qualified translated Quran must be able to bring common
understanding of Quran meaning in all languages in world. But,
it must not over seen that even best translation can not cover
more that 70% of only normal sentence meaning of Quran Ayah in
arabic. Maximum percent of Quran message is only reachable by
GOD help and both Quran, arabic, other languages, sociology,
politic, history and other knowledge to rich, None can get
100% of Quran unless GOD want him/her. The Book is GOD words
to entire human race lived/live before, now and after us. Each
sign can have very precise meaning about what goes on today or
tomorrow for one or another. It is Moslems responsibility to
present Translation Qualified Quran to world before any other
invitation to Islam or GOD.
All I said above is about necessary need for a Qualified
translated Quran in each language free of history, policy and
sect influence. In other words only pure, virgin translation
of GOD words free of translators dependencies and influence. A
legal common understanding of Quran all around world.
Here I give two example of why we must have common
understanding. Master Shakir has translated word "Nass" in
Quran as "men" in english and master Ghomshei "people" in
english. Another example is Once in master Ghomshei
translation word "Eghab" had missed its under signed and
become "Oghab" which is name of Eagle bird in english. Very
soon, I saw all sort of birds fly like Eagle birds in the sky.
What you give people under name of GOD words, you put GOD in
charge for it.
Qualified translated Quran must be able to taken as original
Quran. Both, Qualified translated and none translated Quran
must be only Book who get introduced and got known as Quran.
Both my Hakim and Karim Quran has good useful educational
sides. All I learned of GOD, Quran and Islam is from my
translated Qurans. I use mostly my Quran Karim with master
Ghomshei translation or education. I like it and, I know he
wrote many other versions of translations too which can be
very useful for me.
In persian master Ghomshei has some different translations and
so another Iranian master. Quran Guardians stand only behind
arabic part of these Qurans. In other words none of
translations is Qualified but all are educational. I ratter to
keep all these educational Qurans not introduced as Quran to
keep Quran as Moslems Common Book of understanding with or
without translation. Only one Quran with persian translation
must get introduced as Quran with persian translation in it
and it must be exactly as translation of Quran in all other
languages. All the rest must introduced only as masters book
in teaching Quran and not Quran.
Educational Qurans are good but they should only introduced
and used as educational materials not Quran. Masters and
translators hand must left fully free in their Books, it is
them who near us to GOD and His Book. But, still their pages
from Quran in their books must remain virgin as in Quran.
I have nothing even against coping a educational Quran with a
note page for each page to give people possibility of note
their own messages got from GOD by Quran. Last Ayah of Surah
Zoha open this possibility. GOD by Quran lead some and mislead
some other. Our duty is only to copy His Book Quran as He send
it to His Prophet for people. Educational Quran must get
separated from Qualified translated Quran.
Quran guardians need an internet site to publish both Quran
and its Qualified translations and other information in this
case, such as information about all Quran found in world.
Removing wrong copies and replacing them with one and only
copy of Original Mohammad the Prophet Quran can cost a lot.
But, Do not spend any money in this case and if you count cost
of it as being that amount, Moslems should pay one third more
to solve the problem. Each Moslem must pay Zakat and if it is
necessary all Zakat must used for Quran as long as there is
need for.
By my offers some jobs in reproducing Quran lose their
importance and need. By my offers some other jobs got created
too. Those who already are at Quran service if they do not fit
in new jobs must paid with maximum money made in their
business by Moslems to end of their lives. Those who serve GOD
get paid by GOD but, Moslem society must serve them as they
serve GOD.
