In the name of skies and earth GOD
I have start to write this statement in start of NATO attack.
I could not make it finish by now. Instead I wrote some
letters which I publicae hear. In this way I get more sure my
recipients get my letters. I should note two of my letters got
returned.
Letters:
As Imam Khomeini said "Monafegin are worst than Kofar" or in other words bad friends are worst than enemies. During my torture I had friends who asked me that "I got cold again?" each time I complained about my enemies torture or was deaf to my enemies voice while they were beside me or did with me what my enemies did. Case of NATO in Kosovo is like case of me and my "friends".
I fully support NATO in their decisions against Milosevic aggression. But, some NATO member are against NATO military action. Disappointedly these members by showing their unsatisfactory have broke fast effect of military attack usage. Their action gave false hope to Milosevic, made pace reaching longer and with more damage to both Yugoslavia and Kosovo.
I have expected fast result of NATO military attack. But, I am neither a politician nor know Milosevic, or his abilities, or these NATO leaders intern abilities and finally I am not interested to know it because of my open brain to enemies. Therefore I already excuse NATO military attack rejecter member countries and leaders because of compering them to "my friends" or Monafegin. My goal of complain is not to harm.
As I said before, I support NATO in case of Kosovo. I asked GOD to help NATO and accept them as His own warier in Kosovo crises. And I am asking GOD every day in my pray. I have no others than GOD but, my GOD has skies, earth and whatever is in between under His control.
One of GOD help is by weather. TV and NATO say weather is not good and clear to attack. But, NATO should not take bad weather as a negative sign. GOD knows every thing but, you do not. Sometimes wind or birds are against me. That times, I have a plan to do, which wind and birds signs are against. Sometimes I ignore wind or birds anyway and do what I had plan to do. These times result of what I did was not what I wanted. I do not know, what is waiting for me but, GOD knows what happen in future.
GOD help is what which is best for you, not what you think is best for you. So if you see weather is against you think for better solution or get more careful about what you do and what your enemies do instead of take GOD sign as GOD less nature. And as a good friend and not like over told "friends", do not be to abuse my GOD support against Him or those who He like. Stupid is that one who get the chance to know GOD but is to blame Him. he blame none but himself.
In last 7 days of war a NATO airplane got shut exactly when, NATO was unhappy about weather. My GOD already knew about it therefore maybe He was to stop you by bad weather. A terrorist were to attack US embassy by heavy handgun. Thanks my GOD his weapon did not worked. Serbs attacked civilian Kosovo people in revenge of NATO air attack maybe my GOD by bad weather wanted to tell that you should find better way.
NATO beside some of its own members have/had many other in against.
Iran
Islamic government of Iran my home land was against NATO
action. I do not have any conflict with Iran policy. They know
much better than me what policy is best for Iran. They had run
Iranian Islamic regime in last 20 years against a world of
extern and intern enemies. Even I was not with them until last
year which, I got my dear GOD and Islam to know. I am happy
that I was not active against Islamic regime of Iran.
Iran was/is concern about Kosovo people as they always was about Moslems in world. But, they have to be careful in their foreign policy with west and in this case, I give them right. West still is at their enemies side and there are some in west who look for every opportunity to damage Islam and Iran. I write about Iran latter. Hear like Iranian government I am not agree Iran join the Kosovo crises more than helping refugees and trying to solve the problem peacefully.
Do not forget how last year some (intern and extern Islam and Iran enemies) were to take Iran to war with Afghanistan while Islamic regime after so much trouble finally were to rich economic stability in Iran. There is still no security for Iran to get less careful with west.
In other hand, the most near example is west relation with me who am totally with NATO in case of Kosovo. My enemies get/got help to broke me before and after I chose to be with Islamic regime. As it look "some" count on my iranian (persian language) enemies against Islam and Iran regardless of me be at their side or not. While you handel such with me who are with you. Tell me, what Islamic regime can expect from you to make them less careful with you.
Sometimes it look to me that as I watch guys in TV they watch me too!. TV guys know what I do in my room and how I react to what they say!. More than that TV guys even get to know like my enemies what I think about deep in my brain!.
These TV guys made my enemies strong and I have no choice than ask GOD His anger. But, my GOD revenge is hard, you can read about it in my other statements. In my next text I write about last earthquakes in India and Iran, storm in Australia, thunderbolt in Iran and thunder in Louisiana. (Just remember since my Statement (17.) that I ask GOD His anger you have nothing in world but, war and problem.)
Most funny is that foolishly some of these guys in TV want me to accept their friendship. These guys should know that I do not take them like my over told "friends" only because I know my Shayttan enemies and their power to fool people. But, I do not count on them as friends either. From my side of friendship I should warn you about my enemies who open my brain to you and may give you my picture. They are cold bloody busters who got many killed and harmed by now regardless of they being with me, against me or non of sides.
Back to Kosovo problem. US and some other NATO embassies was under wild demonstration attack. It is unfair that while Serbs made massacre in Kosovo no one made demonstration in front of Yugoslavian embassies. Where is your conscience!
NATO is bad. OK. but why Milosevic made 500,000 kosovar scape from Kosovo. Where is your conscience!
Kosovo being part of Yugoslavia as Milosevic want, Autonomy or independent has no benefit or lose for US or NATO. But, they risked their soldier lives, their own political position, their embassies safety and accepted war economic cost to save Kosovo people from massacre. Where is your conscience!
Action against US and NATO at this time is neither anti imperialistic nor anti US, NATO or democrats in case of US. It is against both Kosovo and yugoslavian people. Do not fight NATO like Milosevic. Either try other ways to rich peace or keep silent.
Beside me there should be some other that are at Kosovo people side. They should take US and NATO side while, what NATO do is to help Kosovo people. Those who are at Kosovo people side should know US and other NATO countries lose nothing by living kosovo people to Milosevic and go their own way.
Some extreme socialists and communist have toke Milosevic side because of their old rule which say "whoever is against my enemy is my friend". Such rules made old east block a dictatory and at end broke it. Because people like you toke them as yours but they do not and if they do they take you more to dirt. NATO may strategically be against you but because of people you should help them now. Those half a million Kosovo refugees are no imperialists or capitalist but people.
Supporting Milosevic is damaging defenceless Kosovo people. It is most weak to support blindly polar regardless of its out come to others. In other hand both right which is US and social democratic left which is britannia and germany cooperate in case of Kosovo. If Milosevic claim to be communist, tell me which communist has down ethnic cleanse before him.
Russia
In Russia some are to abuse russian people feelings and gather
them against Kosovo people. They abuse people feelings like
them being close to serbs, being orthodox like serbs and have
common historical background in world war II. Disappointedly
they may have some success because of russian economic
situation. But, these guys are the same guys that president
Yeltsin and others who run for democratic Russian has problem
with. If these guys concern russian people why they do not
fight russian maffia? Russian maffia is Russian biggest and
worst problem.
I thank president Yeltsin for his standing against them and his run for peace. Russian people should know Milosevic run no religious or perolterian war. None of those 500,000 refugees are imperialist and many of them may be GOD liked believers. Do not let any abuse you because of your problems. A world know about Russian problems with maffia who are among the world worst. World is with you to destroy maffia. They are those who suck your blood and stop progress of Russia only because they want to get rich in few years regardless of harm they do to Russia and people. president yeltsin has send Primakov for peace. A politician who look like him got killed. Who else than international maffia do such!
China
Hear I should reason my point of view to those in west who
want russia type changes in China. Socialist countries by
losing their ideological background and left alone with
economic problem and national feelings as only natural
ideology left, are in strong danger of national socialism. Of
course if countries religious background be strong can reduce
the danger allot. In this case religion take free grow in
control and stop abusers in society which can send people to
national socialism. Therefor it is much better that "you" live
forced changes or better said corrupting changes in China
aside and help russian people to stabilising Russia. I have
seen a chines guy become very rich by beauty market. I hope
chines be careful about these sort of corrupted moves.
UN
Some countries called NATO attack being without UN permission.
500,000 refugees clear UN position wordless. Milosevic by
joining Rambue peace talks has accepted europe help in solving
Kosovo problem. As I remember in Rambue west made kosovar
accept Kosovo remaining part Yugoslavia. They forced even
kosovar put their hand weapon down which I was against.
Milosevic did not wanted NATO present as peace keeper in
Kosovo. But, if it was the only case he could accept or offer
UN as peace keeper. In last end Milosevic by putting military
press on Kosovo people (while they are surrounded to west and
wait for peace) left no other choice for US and europe than
NATO military attack. Now in war 7.th day still as I see in
CNN, NATO has no other goal of their attack than forcing
Milosevic sending a countable peace sign.
Milosevic by his way of handling Kosovo problem put world in trouble. At this time Kosovo problem with this number of refugees look like Kuwait occupation by Iraq. In other hand I have seen a Yugoslav guy called Arkan. He said he is opposition of Milosevic but he looked less negotiable than Milosevic.
Believers
After GOD help my force is hopefully His believers. I want
them to not let serbian people fall for war propaganda and let
Milosevic or others destroy theirs and others life. I want
believers to ask serbian people what do they expect of
majority of Kosovo people? Do they want to make them homeless
and take their rights and homes? Don't serbs think they like
their homes and background as they do? Culture of both is the
same as even Arkan admit it. Serbs are proud of being serb how
can you expect they do not be of theirs? GOD is the One who
make Kosovo ground alive for you. As you can see in His sky He
is not happy for what happening there. GOD like some among His
believers much. Think if some of these GOD liked be some of
those 500,000 Kosovar refugees. And at end I ask serb people
to move away and keep far from NATO target area.
UN
Some of Milosevic foreign supporter did not liked NATO act
like UN in world. They have fully right and NATO is not UN. I
am on this believe that UN must get more stronger and serious.
UN military force should get strong, Veto right in UN should
get cancelled and all members should have equal right in UN.
UN should even get mobilized with one or more TV and Radio
channels which be receivable all around the world by simplest
receivers. Equal rights in UN and opportunity to represent
internationally free with same rights as opposite in an
international channel make understanding of each other better,
easier and solve international problems much faster and
problem free. In today world many problems are out come of
corruptions and growing propaganda.
Spies
I ask world to help Kosovo refugees with all force. At the
same time I warn both Kosovo refugees, kurds, turks and serbs
possibility of being "iranian" spies (may seperationist or old
regime supporter) among them. I have seen faces who look known
to me in both Kurds demonstrations. If you find them warn
everyone, kill or send them away from you. Be careful to not
get abuse or indirect leaded by them and do not listen to them
if they said they have same politic problem as you. They are
those who helped turks capitare Oclan, latter send Kurds
demonstration in wrong direction and may made them terror
turks. They may out to the same in Kosovo. Each of them are
among a group of you and get close to you more than your own
but, in behind they are together and follow their own plan. As
my enemies who abuse me for benefit of all groups. They get
support both from some in Islamic government and its
opposition.
Future
NATO air strike has/had not expected effect. Milosevic revenge
NATO air strike on kosovo people. NATO ground attack could
change the situation but, it look like that kosovo people
should pay its prise first, to make world accept it. More
effective possibility than or beside NATO air strike can be
arming kosovo people with heavy hand gun like afghans against
soviet occupation. But, it made war much more bloody.
Therefore it is better for all sides that problem get solved
before it get necessary.
Some say NATO and ethnic albanian in Kosovo want to take Kosovo from Yugoslavia and give it to Albania. It is not true or better not be. Kosovo expected to become multi ethnic autonomy or independent province. Otherwise, Milosevic has right in defence of his land. Kosovo ethnic albanian asked for independent and got satisfied in Rambue even with Autonomy. Kosovo people should stay on their ask for Autonomy or go no far than Independency. Takeing part of a country and give it to another is not what I asked GOD. NATO is not allod to do so too.
Iran Azarbeyjon province
Some in Iran are worry about situation similarity of Iranian
province Azarbayjon. I am not agree with NATO opening base in
Azarbeyjon or in other country around Iran because it will
tens the relation of Iran with west. Those iranian azary or
others who ask for independency or Autonomy is better help
Islamic republic of Iran and be positive for their province
trough Islam. All iranians/Moslems in Iran has equal right and
there is no ethnic or provincial racism in iran or Islam. All
Moslems should know Moslem world and Iran in front of it need
cooperation not separation in small countries. It is better
for all Moslem to gather Islam world together again.

Persian gulf
In case of Islamic world, US had strike two days ago in Iraq.
I do not think strike in Iraq help solving any problem any
more. Sadam is no longer military danger for any country too.
I ask US to stop all sort of Iraq punishment. And thereby
remove its military presence in persian gulf or area and
instead use all its power to solve Kosovo problem. Military
presence of US in heart of Islamic world make difficult
Islamic countries closing to each other feel safe and get
close to west too. Islamic countries should solve their
problems intern and defence each other without foreign help.
I finish this statement with translation of Surah Adiyat which is in the same page as Surah Zelzele. I have got this page of GOD book both in the first day of NATO attack before I get to know it and today in my pray (03-04-1999).
