Jesus said "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's.". I say Give to...

Q: I say which Oil, which Diamond, which Uranium, which Gold, which Coal, which Metal, which fossil fuel, which worthy and not yet worthy material in earth has portrait of your Caesar, your king, your government, your country, your nation, your state, your party, yourself or your people on it?

A: That material, that Oil, that Diamond, that Gold, that Uranium, that metal, that Coal,  and that "what ever else" which has portrait of your Caesar, your king, your government, your country, your nation, your state, your people, your party or yourself on it, belong to your Caesar, your king, your government, your country, your nation, your state, your people, your party or you.

The rest belong to GOD and his prophet. More clearly all the Oil in earth, all the Diamond in earth, all the Gold in earth, all the Uranium in earth, all the metals in earth, all the Coal in earth, all fossil fuel in earth, and  all the whatever else in earth, without any portrait of anybody on it, without portrait of any Caesar, king, government, country, nation, state, people or company on it belong to GOD and his Prophet. GOD anger and revenge over whomever that has any other eye than buyer eye on what belong to GOD or his Prophet.

Q: Who own all hidden raw materials under your property, your farm, your ranch, your land, your area, your city, your country, your flag, your Island or your continent? Does those raw materials belong to GOD and his Prophet or do they belong to you, your tribe, your people, your nation, your party, your state, your government, your king or your Caesar?

A: I say all raw material under your property, your farm, your ranch, your land, your area, your city, your country, your flag, your Island or your continent belong only to GOD and his Prophet as well as all materials under rivers, lakes, seas or oceans. Raw materials in earth are neither personal property nor national wealth but wealth of GOD and his Prophet. GOD exterminate or remove all those people, nations, parties, governments, kings, Caesars and whom ever else whom disagree with GOD and his Prophet ownership over all raw materials in earth. GOD take away property, land, farm, ranch, area, city, country, Island or continent of those whom do not know GOD and his Prophet as only owner of whatever is in their ground.

Q: Who own all hidden materials of new discovered lands, areas, Islands or continents or planets? Does those materials belong to GOD and his Prophet or do they belong to founder of that new discovered place?

A: I say all materials of new discovered lands, areas, cities, countries, Islands, continents or planets belong only to GOD and his Prophet as well as all materials under rivers, lakes, seas or oceans around that place. GOD exterminate or remove all those discoverers, founders, people, nations, parties, governments, kings, Caesars and whom ever else whom disagree me in GOD and his Prophet ownership over all materials in the new founded place and all earth. GOD take away that new land, new area, new city, new country, new Island, new continent or new planet as well as "whatever else he has" of those whom do not know GOD and his Prophet as the only owner of whatever there is in the new found ground.

Q: Global warming may bring some land or Islands out of ice or Volcano may bring some Islands out of ocean, Who own raw material of these new lands or Islands, GOD Prophet or others?

 A: I say all materials of these new came op lands or Islands belong only to GOD and his Prophet as well as all materials under rivers, lakes, seas or oceans around that place. And in fact since volcano has created the place, or Global warming or Climate has got it back from ice, the whole place must get known as GOD and his Prophet property. GOD exterminate or remove all those discoverers, founders, people, nations, parties, governments, kings, Caesars and whom ever else whom disagree me in GOD and his Prophet ownership over all materials in the new founded place and all earth. GOD take away that new land, new area, new city, new country, new Island, new continent or new planet as well as "whatever else he has" of those whom do not know GOD and his Prophet as the only owner of whatever there is in the new found ground.

All resources and raw materials belong to GOD and his Prophet. In the following, I describe about each resource.

Water:

Water as well as any other material belong to GOD and his Prophet but, you, your tribe, your people, your nation, your government, your state, your country, your king or your Caesar are welcome to mine the water out and use it, as totally charge free. GOD and his Prophet give light of sun and water from rain, rivers or ground to you to farm you food.

GOD and his Prophet does not charge any money for water of Rain, rivers or ground because GOD Prophet does not like to plan anything on income of any water, to remain economically independent from water income, and be able to cut the water by drought, (from the sky, rivers or the ground) whenever it was necessary, whenever those whom lived on that water were of his disobeyers.

As GOD actual Prophet, I do not charge anyone for water. Does it mean Next Prophets should not charge anything for water too? No, Not at all. At every time it is only up to actual Prophet and he is aloud to charge for whatever belong to GOD and his Prophet. 

Wild forest, trees or other plants as well as wild animals and other livings:

All wild forests, trees or other plants as well as all wild animals and all other livings belong only to GOD and his Prophet. Case of wild forests, plants and animals is like case of water. I am in very unstable situation and my natural catastrophes damage allot to wild life. So, I must keep myself independent from wild life income. I do not charge anything now for use of wild forests, trees or other plants as well as all wild animals and all other livings.

Door of prosperity income for water, wild plants a livings users is open. And I always may change my decision about charge free water, wild plants and livings. In general, in a normal situation which Prophet sit on his Throne and has no plan of extermination of all livings or putting people under pursuer, of course he must charge for water, wild trees, plants and animals. Prophet share and income from water and livings bring prosperity, to water and nature and all livings. 

Except water, nothing else is charge free.

Oil, Gas, Coal and other fossil materials:

All Oil, Gas, Coal and other fossil materials in earth belong to GOD and his Prophet. If you mine Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials, what you have mined or pumped out is property of GOD and his Prophet,  not yours. Product of your mining get belong to you, only as soon as you pay its price to GOD Prophet.

More clearly, neither ownership of the ground that you are mining in, nor mining out the "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" does make you the owner of what you have mined out. Countries, Governments, states, nations, societies, communities, people, tribes and companies ownership of their mining area does not make them owner of what they mine in their property or territory. As well practically mining or pumping out the "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" does not bring any owner ship for the miner Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company. The only owner of "Oil, Gas, Coal and other fossil materials" is GOD and his Prophet, regardless of the mine being under whose property or territory, and whom mine it out.

Only GOD Prophet is owner of the "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" and not miners. Miners are only buyers of what they mine out. Miners by mining or pumping out the "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" buy their mined materials from GOD Prophet. Mined out "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" get legally owned by miner, only after the miner, miner country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company has paid price of every barrel of it, to GOD Prophet. Exactly like a super market which you find what you want, put it in your carriage, and it is yours only as soon as you pay for it at cashier of the Prophet.

GOD and his Prophet take "mined, not paid, but used or soled out Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" as stolen GOD property. GOD anger and revenge over whomever steal from GOD or his Prophet. GOD anger and revenge over whomever mine out but, does not pay for what he mined out from earth. GOD make 10 times more economic damages, by natural catastrophes to that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company that mine out but does not pay for what he bought by mining it out. If that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company continued in stealing from GOD Prophet, GOD exterminate them, take their property and give it to whom who pay for what he mine. If it was not possible, GOD dry out or make worthless all the raw materials which, that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company can have access to and mine out.

Diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones:

Case of "diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones" is like case of "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials". Only GOD and his Prophet are owner of the raw "diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones" and not miners. Miners are only buyers of what they mine. Miners by mining "Diamond, jewelries or other worth full stones" buy their mined materials from GOD Prophet. Mined out "Diamond, jewelries or other worth full stones" get legally owned by miners only after miner, miner country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company has paid price of every carat of it to GOD Prophet.

Single man mining of "diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones" is aloud and charge free. Every man is aloud to make living on finding precious stones and sell it without pay its price to GOD Prophet. But, as soon as he get able to heir worker to run his job, it is no longer charge free for him to mine. But, he should get charged for what he mine, as low price as, it does not damage flowering his business and he can continue keep progress of his little mining company. And of course after a specific income level, he or his company must get fully charged like big companies for price of the mined "diamond, jewelries or other worth full stones".

If that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company continued in stealing from GOD Prophet, GOD exterminate them, take their property and give it to whom who pay for what he mine. If it was not possible, GOD dry out or make worth less all the raw materials which, that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company can have access to, and mine.

Uranium, Gold, Silver,  and other metals:

Case of "Uranium, Gold, Silver, and other metals" is like case of "Oil, Gas, Coal or other fossil materials" in large scale and "diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones" in single man mining. Only GOD Prophet is owner of the raw Uranium, gold and other metals and not miners. Miners are only buyers of what they mine. Miners by mining Uranium, gold, Silver or other metals buy their mined materials from GOD Prophet. Mined out Uranium, gold or other metals get only legally owned by miner only after the miner, miner country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company has paid price of every gram(, pound, kilo or ton) of it to GOD Prophet.

Single man mining of raw gold and other metals is aloud and charge free. Every man is aloud to make living on finding precious gold or other metals and sell it without pay its price to GOD Prophet. But, as soon as he get able to heir worker to run his job, it is no longer charge free for him to mine. But, he should get charged for what he mine as low price as, it does not damage flowering his business and he can continue keep progress of his little mining company. GOD anger and revenge over whomever steal from GOD or his Prophet. GOD anger and revenge over whomever mine out but, does not pay for what he mined out from earth. GOD make 10 times more economic damages by natural catastrophes to that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company that mine out but does not pay for what he bought. If that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company continued in stealing from GOD Prophet, GOD exterminate them, take their property and give it to whom who pay for what he mine. If it was not possible, GOD dry out or make worth less all the raw materials of all mines which, that Country, Government, state, nation, society, community, people, tribe or company can have access to, and mine from.

Other mine able death raw materials:

Case of  other raw materials in large scale is like "Oil and other fossil materials" (or "Diamond and worthy stones" or "Gold or other metals") and in single man case it is like single man Gold or jewelry finder or miner.

Prices of raw materials:

What I have mentioned in this statement may look like a new tax or expense on raw materials but, it is not a tax. It is price of the raw materials and it must not get mentioned as anything else but "Price of raw materials". Price of raw materials must go up and down by price of mined out raw materials going up and down as well as up and down of products made by mined out raw materials. New formula of raw material price is:
Price of mined out raw material = Mining expenses + Price of Raw material
Price of mined out raw Oil, Gas, Coal and other fossil materials = Mining expenses + Price of raw Oil, Gas, Coal and other fossil materials
Price of mined out raw Diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones = Mining expenses + Price of Diamond, jewelries and other worth full stones
Price of mined out raw Uranium, Gold, Silver,  and other metals = Mining expenses + Price of Uranium, Gold, Silver,  and other metals
and etc.

By now price of raw material was either zero or the one owned the mining property took it. From now, owner of mining property get only his share from mining expenses because, mining find place in his property. What is inside the mine belong to GOD and his prophet and its price must get paid to GOD Prophet and not property owner.

Case is like, you knew about a wall less garden near your city. You used to host fruit from trees of that garden and since you thought garden was owner less, you did not used to pay anything for what you host there. Now, I as owner of garden has got appeared to you. And off course, I ask for money in return of what you host from my garden.

Now either you believe that, I own the garden and you pay for what you host in my garden or, you do not believe, that I am owner of the garden and ask me for proofs of my ownership. Well, it may take time until, I prove you that, I am the owner but, until then, one thing is for sure and that is the garden not being ownerless and no longer you are aloud to host for free.

I am the owner or another, is one matter, and garden being ownerless another. As, I said in over told, I know GOD and his Prophet as the only owner of the garden and by rejecting GOD and his Prophet's ownership you risk falling under my curse. So, what remain is that, am I true GOD Prophet or not? As I said it may take time to prove you, and until then, you should pay for what you host from the garden and give it to someone trustful to keep it. Until me or another prove to be the true Prophet of GOD.

Every country, every religion in every country must open an account in a safe bank and save "Prophet's income of raw material" sale from that country on that account. I do not want a centralized account because of several reasons:

1) It is not meaning that "Prophet's raw material income" rich any specific capital city in world. Prophet's income of raw materials remain where raw materials get mined out and later get used to invest in mining area. In other words "Prophet's ownership of raw materials" not only is not taking money out of mining countries but, also it is more securing money remaining in the mining country.

2) Every religion may not want another religion get economically strength by money from its own territory. Therefore every religion in every country or area is aloud to have its own privet Prophet's raw material income account.

3) Even if some are separatist and not want money from their area gather in country's central state, they are as well welcome to open their own Prophet's raw material income account in their own state.

4) All and all, every group of people are aloud to open their own separated "Prophet's raw material income" account and keep the Prophet's raw material income money there but, no one is aloud to reason any reason and not pay for what he mine. 

5) I did not closed possibility of having separated "Prophet's raw material income" account but, it does not mean it is recommended. Recommended is common account as far as possible, and as far as, it does not come talk about separate account later.

6) Finally, Religions, countries, states, people of every area can have their own separated "Prophet's raw material income" account to keep income of Prophet's raw material sale. But, it must not ever mistaken that the money in Prophet's account belong to that Religion, or that country, state, nation, people or what ever else. No, money in Prophet's account only become to GOD and his Prophet.

7) After it get clear who is the Prophet, religions are aloud not to give the Prophet his money, unless they make some negotiation with him. But, No religion or people are aloud to make such ethnics or religious precautions reason of not pay for what they mine. Only religions and stand alone big sects can freeze Prophet's money, countries, states or others are not to aloud to freeze Prophet's money. 

How to include Price of raw material:

Price of raw material must get included by planning.

It must not happen in way that make "last product of raw materials" suddenly much more expensive for end users.

If any mining property owner (or country) have all his income from Price of raw materials and live on it. His income must not suddenly get totally cut of from him. His personal income must first get secured from mining expense and other ways before his raw material income get cut of from him.

And those mining property owners whom are rich enough and can live without raw material income must give full raw material income advance back to GOD and his Prophet.

Finally, those whom are over rich because they had large raw material income must pay back GOD and his Prophet money as much as they can. It is not meaning, to suddenly strip rich people from all they have. No, in every case only it must given back as much as that person or etc can keep continue a less or more good rich life as before. What we talk about in this statement is money in billion$ and million$ class. That's too much and no one need so much money to live a wealthy life.

Who get "the raw material income" and what it must get used for?

I have started by "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's."  Case is that I want, what I own, clear, separated and cash.

Exactly like Jesus who said give to Caesar what is his and give to me what is mine.  So, I continue that, by saying "Give to your government, what belong to government and give to GOD what is belong to GOD.

Give to Church or Religion what  belong to Church or Religion and give to GOD what belong to GOD.

Give to Poor and in need what belong to Poor and in need and give to GOD what belong to GOD.

Even if you think GOD is not his Prophet, Give to GOD what belong to GOD and to Prophet what belong to Prophet.

I want what belong to GOD Prophet clear, separated and cash, at everyone, and at every time.

What belong to GOD Prophet must get kept for GOD Prophet as his personal wealth, it must not get mixed, or introduced as for any other reason than "personal wealth of Prophet". This statement and its "income of raw material" talk only about what belong to GOD Prophet. Income of raw materials must not get mistaken by any as a sort of religion's income, national income, priest's income, any welfare or charity income, or any others income expect, only and only "GOD Prophet's personal income". What does it mean?

It mean, no country, no religion or no priest is aloud to touch any bit of "Prophet's money" in missionary of religion, for poor, for welfare, for charity and not even for saving in life danger people. More clearly, if you see good people are dying and Prophet's money can save them from death, you should let them die but you are not aloud to touch what belong to GOD Prophet.

Money saved by "In come of raw materials" belong to GOD Prophet. You need GOD Prophet's money, you put him on his throne, than you ask him his economic help. No one is aloud to put his hand in Prophet's pocket and give away Prophet's money even if people die in millions.

Every building has a door way and door of Prophet's kindness is putting him back on his throne. GOD make any other kind of attempt to get hand on Prophet's wealth reason of his most anger and revenge for total extermination.

What GOD Prophet want to do with so many b$?

Whole planet and everything in it belong GOD and GOD want it all only for his Prophet. As GOD killed everybody except Noah, his Prophet and gave him the whole planet. So question is, what Noah want the whole planet for? Noah and other Prophets only want what GOD want. They want their planet become home of those whom are thankful to Prophets and their GOD and not those whom try to rule over Prophets, harm Prophets, disobey Prophets, reject GOD or harm others against Prophet will. We Prophets want our planet for those whom live under our rules and us as ruler. And we destroy our planet and whatever we have, if some try to rule over us and what we have become their resource and strength. Prophet's income of raw material is like rest of the planet for Prophet.

What to do with money before Prophet himself take over it?

1) As I told every country, every religion in every country, every people or etc. must open a "Prophet's raw material income" account in a safe bank and save Prophet's income of raw material sale there for him.

2) As soon as saved money is large enough to open a bank, that religion, country or group of people must heir some of their most trustful people to administrate the money. They salary must get paid from Prophet's account. They must get paid well and everyone in society be aware how much they get. It is for not alluding any rumor become reason of not paying Prophets raw material sale money.

3) As soon as saved money is large enough to open a bank, Administrators must heir trustful professional people to open a bank and move the Prophet's money to his own bank. All Prophet's banks must have same name around the world and cooperate each other as far as possible and as far as religion and politic aloud. "Prophet Bank" or "Bank of Prophet" are good name. "Y Bank" or "AY Bank" or "XY Bank" are as well good names which in them Y represent the Prophet and AY or XY represent "what put the Y prophet on his throne". 

4) Bank of Prophet can work as a "normal bank" as well as an "industry investment bank". In case of normal bank, it must work as any other bank on that area. Goal of Prophet bank is neither to be kinder than others nor being a way to make money. Prophet's bank must not destroy other banks market nor try to be their concurrent. But they as well must be careful that others in their policies do not destroy face of Prophets bank by its running with in every blood sucking case. Bank of Prophet must always work with full respect for religion of those whom stand behind the bank and try to run the bank by that religion.  Prophet's bank main income (or capital gross) will always be raw material income and secondly, income of invests by its capital, and not other normal banks income. It is not even important that bank through normal bank income search for its own expense.  

5) Bank of Prophet must start to work as an "Industry investment bank" and invest Prophet's wealth in Industry, in production, in bring job and wealth for its area and making money for Prophet by his own money. Investments must be positive, strength area's infrastructure, be a support for local people, and not only have no conflict with religion of area but also have their blessing with its investments. But, before every investment, there are several points that Bank of Prophet must keep consider.

5a) Administrators or Bank of Prophet leadership must heir trustful professional people for planning, running and administrating investment. Prophet's money is no toy or free resource to play with, every 1$ of Prophet's money must get invested under observation of professional investors. A good religious guy think, this or that investment can be good, is not aloud without professional investors qualifications.

5b) Plan of a investment must first come under consideration to planning first after Bank is beside cash money for total Investment + %25 of it. This is while Bank must still be beside its minimum capital + 100% to secure that Bank does not go concourse even if all investment plus its extra 25 present has gone lost. No investment must get planned or thought about before this level of security get reached. And no one is aloud to risk any $1 of Prophet's money.

5c)  Investments of Prophet Bank are by Prophet's wealth and money and their benefit is benefit of Prophet, so doubtless, Bank of Prophet's Investments are beside GOD prosperity. But, administrators and Bank of Prophet are not aloud to investments in what that force GOD to bring prosperity to third part business partnerships because, their prosperity in business is required to aloud Prophet's business remain alive or prosper. For example, Bank of Prophet's Investment company produce something that can get sold only in local society but it can only get sold and have market in rich societies. Such investment require a rich society as it's market and it force GOD to make that society rich enough to buy Prophets products. This sort of investment are abuse of access to Prophet's wealth and is totally forbidden. Investments must keep GOD and his Prophet Independent of making any ones life prosper. It is well all right that third part businesses be dependent on Prophet's Bank prosperity and Prophet Bank Investment's survive. But, Prophet bank is not aloud to invest on anything that require dependency on a third part and its prosperity or survival.

5d) Administrators, Bank of Prophet and Investment companies are aloud to improve their local people's economy by their investments, by make work place or market for their local society but, they are not aloud to give any charity from Prophet's wealth or money. Only Prophet himself is aloud to give charity from his wealth after, he sit on his throne. Some governments cut companies given charities from their taxes. Bank of Prophet and daughter companies are as well aloud to pay charities instead of taxes as much as they can but not 1$ more.

5e) Bank of Prophet is aloud to invest both, in local area, as well as foreign countries. Investments in foreign countries must be by blessing of people and religion of both local and foreign country. Religion and people of foreign country must get treated as good as people of local country. If the foreign country is of in need countries, 50 to 80 present of benefit of Investment in foreign country must remain in an account in the foreign country for future investments or creation of their local Bank of Prophet. The rest can and must get send back to investor country as sign of Prophet wealth is not a charity account and its investments must make money for Prophet.

5f) Every year Bank of Prophet and its daughter companies must celebrate their creation by a fest. Fest must be the same day all around the world for all Bank of Prophets to make that day (by time "the Prophet day". If Bank of Prophet's investments were beneficial, and had as high final benefit as their 3 to max 5 present of that was something as a charity, that 3 to 5 present can given away on that day as commercial for Prophet day. The given charity must be by mentioning by, how many present of what it is, and if Prophet himself sit on his throne, he advance give 10 present of his yearly raw material income as well as 20 present of his yearly investments benefit as charity and how much that become in $ (or money of that area). People must always get cleared, that it is their own benefit and even personal benefit if they get the Prophet back in his throne.

6) All those whom work as Administrator, as those whom work for Prophet Bank or its daughter companies from Top to down are working for GOD and his Prophet. Their work enrich GOD Prophet, GOD of Prophet enrich their lives in return. They must all get paid fully for their work, may slightly more but never less. Neither GOD nor his Prophet must get left under unpaid work and effort of anyone. All the workers required rights by local government must get respected and paid as required, and again slightly more but never less. In case of improvement of work environment for workers, Prophet's companies must keep being the best in creating best working environment in area even if is against others with same type of job. Prophet company can be model for others to live up to. Working for Prophet must be paid, be comfortable and future secure possible. GOD and his Prophet are no slave owners and pay fully to whomever work for them and always more but never less. No one is aloud to put GOD or his Prophet in accusation of slavery and not paying. Except these, no one must paid any extra because he/she work for GOD or his Prophet. Administrators, Bank of Prophet or its daughter companies leaders are not aloud to over pay anyone, or try to strength their own position by overpaying or in any other way. All those whom work for Prophet's Bank or companies must have reward eye only on their Prophet and no other. They work for Prophet, they must want nothing but get their Prophet back on his throne and ask himself their rewards and off course he must reward his men as soon as they got his throne back for him.

7) All those whom work for Prophet Bank or its daughter companies are working for GOD and his Prophet. But, it does not mean Bank of Prophet is not aloud to sell the whole daughter company. Bank of Prophet must not sell out its daughter company if it give benefit but does not give maximal benefit. But, Bank of Prophet is aloud and should sell the daughter company as soon as it become unbeneficial. No daughter company of Bank of Prophet must live on Prophet's pocket instead of making money for Prophet. Man's investment and work must make money and give benefit or something is wrong. Bank of Prophet or its investments are no charity and either they make money or they must get closed.

8) Bank of Prophet's investments must improve life level of its area, work environment level and other things in local area. But, Bank of Prophet is not aloud to destroy local peoples business by its over economic ability to invest. If opening a super market close all small shops of area, such investment is wrong .
