Ownership right contra natural and religious right over pictures and movies.
Recently, I have look at many internet sites which offer celebrities, models and others naked pictures and movie clips. Some of these pictures are even manipulated or taken by hidden camera and may have got produced or published against the model or actress wish. I do not know anything about ownership rights over movies or model's pictures but, I guess it is something like any other job which actress or model play her part, the company pay her for her acting and the picture company own the product. In other words it does not look that the actress or photo model has necessary rights over her own pictures or movies.
The traditional ownership over products may fit any other business which, worker produce for his salary and company own the product but, it does not fit picture or movie production. Our pictures, family album pictures and home videos are us and are known as us, whomever see them see us, whenever we look at them we see no one else but ourselves. It is what that differentiate nature of pictures and movies from any other product.
Whenever we see picture or video of someone, we picture her for ourselves in the way that she has got presented for us by that picture or video. When someone see a picture or a movie clip of a actress or a model, what he see is that actress or model. It is her that he picture for himself by that picture or movie clip and not part of a product of a company. When there is talk about a model or a actress, we look like we know her. How we know her, we know her through the way that her movies or pictures has presented her to us. When movies can make us laugh or feel sad enough to cry, they touch us deeper than you can say we do not make us any picture of their actress at ourselves. When naked picture or movie clip of a model or actress can sexually attract a guy, you can not say he does not picture her in his mind. When he search the Internet for pictures or movie clips of specific actress or model, he is not looking for products of companies, he is looking for her pictures and movies and the one whom he want to see, is her. What has got him excited is her and not a product of companies. When her pictures or movie clips has got interested in this way, ownership over her pictures is her personal right. It is nature of pictures and movies that they show, whom they show and how they show. Because of this nature not only picture and movie must not taken as any other product but also it make it required that actress or models must have some extra rights over their pictures or movies and the way that they get presented.
From religious point of view, if suddenly a naked model or actress decide to become religious or even none, it does not work for her, if her naked pictures or movies owned by others and get published regardless of her becoming religious and becoming against it. If she dose not become beside right of removal, how she can get able to remove her pictures or movies from internet or market. Therefore, there is need for some rules which aloud and secure religious rights of those whom their picture or movie get published in media.
I offer under note rules in case of pictures and movies. These rules are only to give a picture about necessary rights of models or actresses over their pictures or movies.
1) End users right.
Everyone has right to have a copy of every picture or movie unless it be against patent right of that specific picture or movie or it be a child pornography. He even has right to manipulate every picture or movie but he has no right to publish his copy or his manipulated copy in internet or in any other media. (This right does not seem any different with actual rights, but maybe it does not get respected well in internet by people because of the over all problem.)
2) Producer company right over pictures and movies.
Normally when you produce a product, that product has limited life time, after that it lose its market and you should replace it with a new product. Pictures and movies are no different. Let say for example life time of a movie or a picture is 5 years. The producer company should have all rights over the movie or picture in these 5 years against or with actress or model wish. But after these 5 years, if a actress or model want the movie or picture removed (because of her naked scenes), either her scenes must get removed from the movie or the movie or picture must totally removed from market. As well during the 5 years and after that actress or model must as well have right over presenting way of her movie or picture. What she has played was the whole movie as a whole product, clip presentations may give another picture of her than the whole movie. Maybe a specific picture or movie clip was necessary and not bad as part of her whole movie but that sort of clip presenting was not what she had expected. Third part companies must as well be limited in their rights in manipulation or presentation in same way as producer company.
3) Hidden camera pictures or videos.
Normally no one must have right to take anyone's pictures against his/her knowledge or wish. It must be forbidden. Missing this law has cost princess Diana her life. As well no one must have right to publish anyone's picture or movie in Internet, TV, Newspaper or any other media. Publishing pictures or videos against wish the one whom they show must as well be forbidden. I know it cause Newspapers, TV and other News media problem in catching bad guys but, in fact, it was disrespecting this law which has cost princess Diana her life. (Whatever I write here is about models, celebrities, their naked pictures and way of their presenting, Press freedom is not subject of this discussion and must not get mistaken.)
4) There is need for a effective Internet control system and site.
Famous models and actresses are not the only naked models of Internet, there is talk about thousands of girls or women pictures. They must all have right to want their pictures removed. If they have contract it must get limited to same 5 years and by over told rights of their models and if not, their picture must get removed as soon as they ask for its removal.
There are thousand of porno or naked sites without any real control. This time, I have seen many links to teenage porno sites, right in the first page of popular sites. Once, I saw some porno sites introduce themselves as the site which keep American pornography law in their SPAM commercials. It show that if there be a law and control many of them may respect the law and their models rights over their pictures or movies but, there is need for a effective and easy to reach control system to make it possible to control.
In Denmark when health department check restaurants, butcher shops or other food shops, they put a smiley Icon at the door of the shop. If the shop was well clean it get a big smiley icon like this :) at its door and if, it was unclean it get a unhappy smiley Icon at its door :( and threat to get closed if they do not clean up. There is need for a similar system to get people in help in cleaning and control of the pornography and naked sites. If smiley qualifying get well commercialized, popular and required, most of the sites try to keep themselves qualified and by that under control.
There is need for a International Internet Control Site which all these pornography or naked sites give a clear link to it at, the top of their every pages.
The International control site must every while, control each site, check the claims over the site, give possibility to claim over child pornography, give possibility to models or others to ask for removal of their picture, or claim over presentation or manipulation of their pictures or movies, and finally give list over unqualified sites, child abusers and all other necessary information.
The control site must as well give possibility to all those whom their picture can be found in internet. She must get aloud to put a censured copy of that picture of her that she want to removed from few sites or all sites. If the site did not removed the wished pictures, movie clips or its child pornography the control site can give :( unsatisfied smiley icon and ask the authorities to close the site. A good control system is which, that online check smiley status of the porno or naked site in database of control site and directly show status of the site from its own database. Later browser producer companies can get in help to secure smiley control of the porno and naked sites in a way that they do not show porno sites which are not armed or qualified by control site smiley links.
5) Scans, paintings or other types of copies.
Scans of pictures, paintings or other types of copies must not taken any different from over told. Actress or model must have all rights as over told over scan or painting of her pictures.
6) Other abuses like name or same look.
Man kind used to identify each other by look and names. When we get someone to know, we identify her among the others by her look. We as well identify her by her name among a list of names. We know her and when we see or hear her name we picture her. It is her whom has got that name occupied for herself in our brain. Celebrities or models are as well known by their look and names at us. Merlin Monro and Elvis Presley are both death but still name of Merlin or Elvis first reminds us of them.
Maybe many people has the same name as famous female celebrities or models, but the name itself has got known as that specific celebrity or model. Therefore others must not be aloud to use that name as their Internet site name or whatever else which, people search for by name of that celebrity or model. It is not unjust because the name has got famous and known by her, and majority of people know that name as her.
I myself use names of UN12 and UNWay as my extra names for Seyed.com. The UN in these two names is from famous United Nations organisation. I have got these names to simplify accessing my site. UN of United Nation organisation, number 12 or Way are easy and remember able even for busy politicians. Politicians should be always able to hear what I write in my site. The Sky, Weather, Earth, Earthquakes and Storms are with me and sometimes my words is matter of life or death of thousands of people. For example during a Storm my anger can make the Storm more stronger and even a killer storm, in other words UN and all nations live in my planet. Therefore it is not an abuse. UN is always welcome to ask me to return these names too.
Back to subject, Specially if a porno or naked site use a celebrity or models name it must be by permission of that celebrity or model. As well mentioning name of celebrity's name in porno or naked sites must be by their own permission. Even if there is talk about another girl with the same name, it must get clearly mentioned that she is not the famous celebrity. I have seen some Internet sites which has name of a celebrity as part of their names exactly the same way as I use UN in my site names. They must get permission of that celebrity. I have seen commercial, titles or text of porno or naked sites with mentioning name of celebrities. Porno or naked sites are not normal celebrity or models media therefore all these must be by permission of that mentioned celebrities. I have seen file names with mentioning celebrities names. Whenever someone search with her names he get these files. These files are mostly porno, manipulated or other naked files. Maybe she do not want herself associated with some or any these files, therefore even these file names must be by permission of their mentioned celebrity.
Similarity in look must not get abused too. There are many girls or women whom look like twin sister of a celebrity or Model. If these girls publish their picture or movie and specially naked picture or porno in Internet, it must get clearly mention that she is not the famous celebrity or model. She is not aloud to destroy reputation of a celebrity or model only because she look like her and people know her look as that celebrity or model's look.
This statement must not get abused as acceptance of limited or controlled pornography. Pornography is religiously forbidden and it does not change. This statement is only for returning rights of models, actresses and all those whom their naked pictures is in Internet, back to themselves. This statement is for avoiding religion's position against pornography get abused against models and actresses and make them helpless offers of religion in benefit of pornography. Everybody can mistake or get setup to it. It must be possible to overcome mistakes. These pictures, movie clips of past or their way of presenting must not get aloud to force her to stay on her mistake and does not aloud her to change.
These rules or controls should help to get pornography in Internet back in control which already look totally out of control. Once, I have got some naked picture of myself too, which now I regret and I have destroyed them. Should I have been hang on them all my life because of that small mistake being in internet and I could not do anything about it! No, that's wrong and if I can regret, why others should not have right or possibility for cleaning themselves of their small mistakes.
And it is not always mistakes! A photo model whom has tried to look sexy in a lingerie picture, only has down it to show her dress, she had no purpose to become porno site's sexual object by that picture. Or a movie actress goal of a sex scene was only to play roll of a girl and on that relation show her sexual life, she had no goal to make herself sexual objects of porno sites by that movie's clips. In other words if over told rights does not get respected, such abuses can send the cinema in the wrong directions. Actresses get forced only to play that roll that they can afford to become its sex object in porno sites too. And even then, still they have remain helpless against manipulation of their pictures. These things must get stopped and get not aloud to become headache and tattoo marks on actresses and models.
Finally, please be not criticizer over my English, missing explanation or unnecessary repeats, I have wrote this under shut of my enemies. I have wrote this statement because I found it necessary because of rights of a group of people. I have no personal interest behind this statement. As well this statement must not get abused or even mentioned against any religion's positions in case of pornography.
I am politically passive and I remain passive until daily torture get more tolerate able and in control. Soon I change my home to another city, it may be helpful but it is what time will show.
