What is mobbing? 

Mobbing is mentioned in my words about my religion as weakness and unsolvable problem of system and Law based societies. (My religion solve problem of Mobbing as any other problem of man kind in its most natural and human way, what a commercial!) Mobbing, is a separate subject therefore, I decided to publish it separately too.

In the following, I often use verb "mob", "mobbed or, mobbing". Some people use verb "mop", "mopped or mopping"  instead of "mob" too. Here I use mob and here is meaning of verb mob in my words: 
You can say someone has became mobbed when, one or more of his classmates or workmates put him under psychic pressure by, laugh at him, laugh at what ever he do, laugh at what ever he say, make fun of him, make fun of his words, make fun of his behave, laugh at his dress or other belongings, laugh at his way of behave, make him nothing but a "laugh at object" at other workmates or in the school, directly or indirectly threat him, make him faceless in his school or at his job, as much as he cannot function normal any longer as he usually did, as mush as he cannot study as he usually did, as much as he cannot work or do his job as he usually did, as much as he lose his self satisfaction, as much as he lose his self confidence, as much as he lose his self security, as much as darkness of mobbing take over his life, as much as he stop his study or quit his job to save himself, as much as he does not like come out bed, take to school, take to job or live his house at all, as much as he give up. As much as he find moving to another city, another school, another job as the best way out of this problem. Mobbing is not an unknown incident in Denmark, it has happen as much in schools and at work as you can find some books about it.  Mobbing is dangerous and can put its trace in human psychic forever. It can even end in total malfunction or even suicide too. 

Mobbing is modern societies problem, people do not carry gun any more and can not shoot at each other, law has as well abandon them to use any other physical wildness against each other, but they can, could and always will be able to laugh, make fun or mob each other. Problem is that mobbing does not live any crime evidence. It is neither crime to talk nor it is crime to laugh. Once, I have heard that far Asian people have made them selves good in marshal art and fighting weaponless because carrying weapon was not aloud. Well, no one could forbid them having two hands and two feet or carry their normal work tools but, all these harmless things could be used as effective weapon with knowing marshal art. Maybe mobbing is new societies weaponless marshal art, it does not even need hands, feet or any physical training. Mobbing must not mistaken by marshal art because mobbing is usually weapon of evil and against good guys. Marshal art is a sport and need teacher and training. Marshal art teachers used to work on their students manner as much as they work on their physical strength. It is while mobbing need no teacher but a dirty big mouth on a manner less guy.

Mobbing often get used for sexual abuse in school or at work. In such case either Mobbing target the girl directly or her friends or concurrent guys whom are interested in her too. Mobbing can as well be only for disabling claver student to concentrate and get a higher character in exam than the one who mob. Mobbing at work can be as much a sexual abuse as it can be for malfunctioning someone and take his position. As well some, introduce mobbing as poor and worker class weapon against fabric owner, government and even kings. Maybe it is possible, but, practically soon fabric owner, government or king join and take part in mobbing and this dangerous weapon turn against people themselves. Mobbing need society cooperation but it as well move the power to those few who run the mobbing. Their brutality in mobbing over target freight majority of people to not mess with those whom mob. Sometimes, even soon people found fabric owner, government or king much easier to live with than these whom brutally terminate their victims in front of their eyes.

By law Today's societies has forbidden, use of gun and physical fight but there are no law against mobbing. My question is that, can new societies forbid people to mobbing each other by forbid them to talk or to laugh! And what if they still find another ways of damage each other what else are you going to forbid them to? What are you going to reach by your forbids, abandon people damaging each other or only their choice of weapon and not damaging itself. Maybe in your eyes damaging is aloud as long as your forbidden weapons not get used. If your goal is last one, you have reached your goal, people usually do not damage each other by forbidden weapons but, if your goal was to stop them damaging each other, you have not only reached no where but also you may never reach where you expect to reach regardless of what you forbid. 

Maybe even by your forbids you only have closed hands of victims in defending themselves. Mobbing, is one of the facts that show my religion is the right way.  I end my explanation of mobbing here but later, I may use it as one of the reasons behind my mentality. Mobbing is what that easily show weakness of centralized system and law based societies. 

Finally, I should say the last word against your "defense mechanism" in general. Once, there was swords and knives in hands of enemies, pirates and criminals, you have found gun to overcome knives and swords of enemies, pirates and criminals. Later, criminals armed themselves with guns too. Today, gun is mostly used by criminals. So, you brought law against guns to overcome guns of criminals. Your law has disarmed people totally, now the only gun armed are criminals and your men. Your men must be careful in using their gun while, criminal use it freely. Then, in curt it is again your law which come in the way and help the criminals escaping. Maybe, your law has become arm of criminals like your guns did. In Mobbing, if one of the problems is the one whom mob another is the law. The one whom mob get you on nerves to break the law out of anger, then he kick you out by use of law. As, you see your law has became arm of crime as your guns is in peoples daily life. What if you neither make us any sword nor any gun or any law, neither aloud us, nor forbid us and let us manage our own security problems ourselves? We are no less human than you are, we have brain, we can think and we can make our own sword, gun or law, if we wish so. Have you ever thought about aloud us solving our own problems ourselves, or in your eyes we are always less human than you are and you can not let us animals on our owns?

An experienced mobbing example

My Iranian enemies used to mob me but, they are always hide and I can only hear them. In Denmark and at my first job, I have experienced and saw clear mobbing over myself and someone else. My first job in Denmark was a temporary job as a worker at a under department of a Copenhagen community. There, I could only keep my job about 1000 hour. According to Danish system I needed those 1000 hours to be able to move from welfare to union of workers. As member of union, I could both get more money as a workless and be beside bigger chance to find a regular job.

My first job was a project of Copenhagen Community. That project of Copenhagen Community called "Work for youth". It was a workplace for youth, punk types and workless foreigners. Some even was forced to take job there and some like me because of membership of union. some to become a member and some to keep their membership because membership expire after 2 and half year (less or more).  By, these explanations about the job and union, I am to say, it was a necessary for me and some others to keep the job and fill our 1000 hours while, it was not important for some. Therefore, always many new workers has got hired many finished their 1000 hours or left their job unfinished. 

There was some regular workers whom worked there too. This example of mobbing is about one of those regular workers whom has lost his job under pressure of  mobbing, his name was Erling. Erling was professional metal worker and had worked there about 2 years. Henrik is name of the guy who has mobbed Erling and took his job away. Henrik had a childhood friend and neighbor his name was Sten, he was workless but Henrik has got him hired at Erling's job. Erling has fight for his job, but at last darkness of mobbing had taken totally over his life, as much as he was not even able to do his job proper any more. He had to keep away from getting mobbed and therefore he had many sick or absent days from work. He had to drink to help him tolerate pressure of mobbing but that was not a possible solution at job too. Finally, that workplace has became fun for his enemy and hell for him and he had to gave up otherwise he could had ended either alcoholic or mental sick under pressure of mobbing. It was a clear and obvious mobbing example to take someone job. 

I had no less problem with Henrik but, I have got my 1000 hours filled. But later in 1996, I have lost my computer operator job in Copenhagen Kofoed School under pressure of mobbing. There, I have first get hired as temporary worker. Kofoed School saw my ability and has invested about one million Danish crown and I have made them a good new reliable system. Kofoed School had about 100 computers and needed a specialist to keep them running. They had computer courses and were concurring expensive privet schools in learning new Microsoft Office products and even CAD programs. They decided to heir me as regular Computer operator but, I could not take mobbing any more and I have got fired only 3 months after I have got hired as regular worker. I have got that job created by my hard work and they took it away from me under pressure of mobbing. Those whom mobbed me even has told me that they mob me to lose my ability to work and get me fired because they want my job for someone else. They wanted my job for a guy that once has worked there as temporary worker too. I do not remember his name but, his flat was in other side of Kofoed School. He was earlier boyfriend of one the girls whom worked there too, but I only mention this to sure I know whom I talk about. I do not accuse her for anything, she was a good girl. (Maybe, at her time, she has got as well forced to take him as lover. Just, a suggestion out of my anger and for fun!) That time I was under enormous pressure of mobbing from several sides. I had to change my house to, they even did not let me find a new house in Copenhagen. Therefore because of need and by my own chose I have escaped from Copenhagen to Nakskov which is a small city in one of most far edges of Denmark.
