20 of July 2004 - First hour of my speech about Human and Law, Ideology, Religion and philosophy.

This speech start with a short explanation about why I was passive since Bam earthquake in Iran. I was passive since January because, I had much more expectation from Bam earthquake than what I have got out of it. I had expected that Iran order to stop my torture because of its heavy casualties. Maybe I had waited the same outcome from Bam earthquake on Iran as Hiroshima had in WW2. In other words I wanted end of torture and my revenge. But, nothing has changed and I was under the same torture as last 29 years. Short explanation end by telling no other position of mine has changed since last update. I am still passive in politic. I am still looking for finding another country and move from Denmark.

This speech is about basics of life and my mentality. This speech is going to make fundament of my religion. In this speech I am going to put all normal and religious speech restrictions away and talk about naked reality. Sometimes, true reality may make the speech unreligious, impolite and easy to abuse. But, what I want to say is the true reality and not accepted reality of this or that religion or ideology. I am going to talk about truth and nothing but the truth. Well, truth is not always pleasant to hear. Maybe it is better to say truth is sometimes the most unpleasant to hear as some put it completely away and make their own unreal truth. It is exactly what we are going to avoid. We are going to find the truth regardless of its unpleasant. We are going to accept the truth and Truth is what we are going to build on and not what sound pleasant to us.

When I make these speeches, I am not prepared for it therefore sometimes it is not as good to it should be. Well, you know my restrictions, I am under brain torture and it is not possible to prepare anything by occupied brain. But, I try to give a better understanding in these notes. 

What rights do we have as human?

When we ask about our Rights, there come good and wise words about each Right before the Right itself get mentioned. Well according to this or that religion or ideology it is not good to have this Right, because this Right make this or that damage. These wise words which were for helping us  are sometimes has got as strong as Rights its self are totally removed as they never existed.  Here, I want to put all these wise words of philosophies, religions, ideologies and etc. away and only talk about, What Rights do we have as human kind?

We are living in year 2004. Let see, what Rights do we have. Surly suicide is one of most wrong to do but, let see, do we have Right to decide to live or die? Do we have Right to decide over our own lives? Surly we don't. Well, as soon as someone find out you will suicide, they come and arrest you in a mental hospital and keep you there until they force you to continue to live. It other words you do not have right to die. Your life is no longer in your own ownership. Your life is their property and law is on their side. 

The Law should have been to clear the Rights and not making decisions for us out of our good or bad. The Law should say whom is beside which Right. For example, it is not always good to buy a house or sell it at every price but, its owner has Right to sell it and its buyer has Right to buy it. The Law should only say these two has these rights and not according to market remove Right sell from owner when it is not good for him to sell and as well remove the Right of buy from buyer when it is not good for him buy. But in this case of suicide Law under cover of what is good for you has removed your right instead of protect your rights. In other words The Law as what we know is not always protector of our Rights and even sometimes The Law has became remover of our natural human Rights. Example of Suicide is for clearing that the Law as we know it is not pure law but it is others decision and way of telling, what they aloud us to. In other words the law is only walls of their cage around us. By their Law, they have removed all of our Rights out of their cage. 

It is not always that those whom has made these Laws meant to cage us. No, most of them may only wanted abandon us from what which is not good for us. They meant good but, I have to fight them as all others to take the man's Right back in its own hand. Or, I better put shires away and say, I am going to fight these good people and force them to step back, keep their good advises for themselves and aloud man to live its life.

These dears may are from religions, may are philosophers, may are professors in psychology, sociology or religion, may are politicians or writers and they may all know what is good for man kind much better than man him/her self but the fact is that, they are not aloud to live life of man instead of him/her self. 

Every human must have Right to live, Right to chose, and "against your wish" even Right to chose what is bad for him/her self. The Law must be pure and the pure Law must protect Right of man over his life and not any advise. The Law must get clear of good advises of this or that. These over told dears by their good means has forced man to live as they prefer, their words and advises has became Law of man and man has left no choice than live as these good gods want him to.

In Religion We Told on the judgment day, We Judge every single man regardless of his/here relation to deferent groups, religions, ideologies or leaders. His GOD on his judgment day, Judge him and not those whom ordered him or made walls of Law around him, dear Law makers don't you think its time to aloud him to chose or decide for himself. His GOD Know him adult enough to judge him on his own, how come you do not see him adult enough to decide right from wrong for himself. Don't you think some your Laws may better get out of power as Law and remain as it should be, as only a good wise word, as what it is which is only a advise and not a Law and aloud man to decide over his own life again. 

Lets look at Law of homicide as another example. If someone kill a family member of you, according to Law of Religion you have Right of, tooth for tooth, eye for eye and etc. as well as Right to forgive. But, according to Law of countries you do not have exactly the same Rights as Religious Laws. Well, if you take Law in your own hand and try to Revenge and kill the murder, police arrest you in charge of murder. As well you are not aloud to forgive the murder, police arrest him in charge of homicide regardless of your forgiveness. Lost is yours but forgiveness or revenge is Right of Judges, Courts and Lawyers.  By this example, I am not to say religious Law is better or another. As well, I am not say it is not good for us to live revenge or forgiveness in hands of experienced Judges, Lawyers and Courts, I am only to say it is another Right of man which is removed by the Law under name protection of man.

As, I told in start of speech, I want to move from Denmark and I do not want to mess with Danish politic or culture. I use sometimes some examples from Danish politic or culture. These are not to criticize but I do not have any choice, I know only about Denmark and I need these examples to explain my words. 

In Denmark one of the things which Danish people feel proud of is their welfare system. Poor man get welfare, workless get workless salary and retired his retired salary. Every body get paid and healthcare is free as well as education. Maybe you think, is it socialism, how wonderful is it!

No, it sound good but it is not as good as it sound. You get paid, health and education is free but it is not you whom live your life. If you get welfare your life became as they decided a welfare guy life should be. If you get workless, your life become like a workless and etc.  You may think, well you can use the economic opportunity and qualify your self for better job and better life.  It is as well what system want you to in some cases. It is what, I myself tried to do but mostly remain as what they get paid for. They became like haired to do nothing by the most low salary. How ever they as everybody know that what they get they didn't worked for, it is system whom made the money and by that it is system whom must decide and by that it is system who live their life instead of them. Do you remember those days whom you were child, your father worked and you and your brothers and sisters had to eat what your mother cocks and wear as your parents want as do as they want you. Well case the same your new father is the system, difference is that your father loved you but the system is only system, has no feelings and know only words of those wise men as only good for you regardless of whom are you.

System, good system, bad system, wrong system, uneconomic system and etc. System is what which introduced to us as solution of our problems. Systems can become good as good functional hardware programs but system are systems are only good if we were like computer hardware all are the same.  We are no robots, we are human and only human. 

Human has a lot in common with animals. Human is the intelligent animal of this planet. We are both livings, we breath the same air, we both get birth, both are child of our parents, both get grown, both need food and sex, both get partner and child, both get old and both die. We are intelligent but we are affected by our Laws, Ideologies, Religions, cultures, societies, traditions, systems  and philosophies while animals has kept their lives natural and virgin. They have remained what we both are while our intelligent has aloud us to became what we are not made to be. Therefore study of animals can help us knowing ourselves. The pure man has a lot in common with animals. And the pure man is what we are made for and not ideals of this or that System, Ideology, Religion, Culture or Philosophy.

Once, I tried to listen to speech of Martyr Ayat. Dr. Motahari about "The Prefect Human". Dr. Motahari in his speech told about different Ideologies and religions and their view of the perfect man and compared it to Islam. Disappointedly, my enemies torture did not aloud me listen to all the discussion and I gave up after few hours of it. My point of mentioning this is only title of Dr. Motahari speech. The perfect man and not The Man. What I have in mind as Man is GOD created Man and not Ideal man of this or that religion or culture. Here I want to introduce The natural GOD created Man as The Perfect Man and not any of all others unnatural Ideal man.

Well, now all these religions and ideologies by their own unnatural and inhuman view of Their Ideal Man as the Man try to take over man's life. Lets see what happen when they take over man's life. Well, It happen as already happen. We are human and living but we do not own our own lives, we are not even aloud to die. Our family is ours as well as their lose but we have neither right to forgive nor to revenge (if any kill of us). Lost is ours but revenge or forgiveness is theirs. We are only human and not their pretty picture of human, we cannot become their ideal and we are not aloud to be human what we are created to be. 

Once about 6 months ago, there was news about an American woman whom killed his two sons. She said that she has got reviled from GOD to kill her sons. If she were natural animal human, if her husband was not agree with her murder, she could risk her life in revenge of killing her sons. But, if her husband had no complain why any other should complain of her murder. Who does love a child more than its mother or parents. In nature if a animal want to kill its child, her child have to die. Animals does not care about each other child. They even attack the child if it go to wrong parent. It is way of nature, it is strength of nature. This example may sound defend of her rights because she has got reviled to kill her sons but, it is not what I am after.

Abortion is directly against religion and abortion right is my next example. Why should others love that child more than its mother whom has it in her womb. Child and womb of pregnant woman is another part of us that is no longer in ownership of the mother. Whom must have right over us after ourselves. In pure nature our mother or parents are the only one whom have right over us. But, now Systems, Ideologies, Laws, Religions has taken over us they love us more than ourselves and our parents. Well, These as well because of their love for us, know themselves beside rights over us more than ourselves and parents. In other words by Law, they have removed our rights over our children.

Well if you criticize the System and say "how come system love us more than our selves or our most nears?". They say well of course you have right and no one love you more than yourself and your parents but we have removed over told rights only because we had to,  otherwise we were not able to control and mange the society by Law and order. In other words Systems, Ideologies, religions from one side has removed our rights by their Law to make us like their ideal picture of their perfect man and from another side they have removed rest of our rights because of their mismanagement in running the society because again we are so far from their ideal picture of man. Well, there is need for strong Lows and restrictions to get able to control an animals society like us.

This text is not exactly the same as the speech but they complete each other. What I want to say by this hour of speech is talk about natural human rights, what every animal has but we have lost. I am to say that Law must only clear the rights and be pure from ideas of this or that about good or bad. I am to say Law must protect natural human right and not remove it or give it away to this or that system. I am to say no one love man more than himself and his family and no one must have right over man more than himself and his family. So it was from creation of man and so it will be until the END day. I am to say no system must get aloud to remove natural man's Rights.

I must mention that this hour of speech as well as other hours of this speech are only parts of a subject. If it get used separated from the whole subject, it may misguide the user. It may happen that a in one part of a speech I close hands of group while live hands of their alternative wide open while in another hour of speech I do it other way over the same subject but this time from another natural and true side of view. These speeches has no guard against abusers either. I may update this text too.
